Before your request to purchase Resale Documents or Association Documents can be processed you must first fill out the Proof of Representation Form. Please access the required form under the Resources Tab from our Home Page. Click on the document, print it, fill out the required fields, sign and either fax (651-882-0405) or scan and email the document to: Donny O'Brien, firstname.lastname@example.org.
*Available Resale Documents include: Resale Disclosure Certificates, Mortgage / PUD Questionnaires and Assessment / Dues Current Letters.
Our minimum Real Estate Transfer Document and Association Document* processing fees are as follows:
7-10 business days - $125.00
48 Hour (2 Business Days) turnaround - $200.00
24 Hour (1 Business Day)Turnaround - $300.00
* Available Association Documents include: Articles of Incorporation, Declarations, Bylaws, Rules and Regulations etc.
Please note that each document/form requested to be completed by our office is charged a separate processing fee, following the above fee schedule. If you are unable to make payment via credit card online, or would prefer to make payment via check, please send a check payable to Community Association Group to our office at 4672 Slater Rd. Eagan, MN 55122, along with your request.
